TO WHAT PURPOSE DOES LA LLAVE DE ORO USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

La Llave de Oro treats the information provided by users interested in its services in accordance with the following purposes:

2. 2. Managing and informing about our real estate promotions, associated products and services, as well as collaborating third parties.
3. 3. In the case of job applications, managing the job request, keeping the candidate informed about the personnel selection process and notifying him or her about future job offers in our organization.

5. 5. Managing complaints, claims, suggestions and recommendations from customers that may lead to the provision of services and related work to solve them.
6. 6. Sending out our newsletter with information about our property developments, should we obtain authorization to do so.
7. 7. In some cases, we may carry out  segmentation works. Segmentation or profiling may be carried out with the purpose of tageting the advertising materials that we send out. Automated decisions are not made based on the profiles. In no case shall the segmentation or profiling carried out by La Llave de Oro have legal or significant effects on the interested party.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

The data provided will be kept for the duration of the commercial relationship, or for as long as is necessary to comply with the legal obligations.

Specifically regarding the sending of the Newsletter, personal data will be kept while the subscription is maintained and the deletion is not requested by the interested party. 

Also, La Llave de Oro periodically and  on its own initiative carries out an analysis of the data retention periods, eliminating data that is consideredto be obsolete or outdated.

WHAT IS THE LAWFUL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR DATA?

The legal basis for the processing of your data is based on the consent granted when completing any of the forms provided by La Llave de Oro of your services.  

The withdrawal of consent to receive the Newsletter will in no case affect the consent to the business relationship and vice versa.

WHO WILL RECEIVE YOUR DATA?

No transfer of data to third parties is foreseen, except for those mandatory by law.

This nothwithstanding, certain service providers already designated as being in charge of processing the data may access the data for the sole purpose of providing the contracted service, following the instructions of the Company, and are not allowed to use the data for any other purpose.  All suppliers subscribe confidentiality agreements regarding the use of the information they access for the provision of their services, in accordance with current regulations.

Likewise, we inform you that you have the right to file a claim with the competent control authority (Spanish Data Protection Agency), if you consider that there has been any type of violation in relation to the processing of your personal data. 

In the event that the limitation of the processing of your data is requested, we will only keep it for the exercise or defense of claims and in cases of opposition the data will no longer be processed, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims
